Installation
Technical installation of the solution is done according to your preferences. We will install and configure every aspect down to the smallest detail.
If you prefer and your teams are qualified to do so, we can leave installation up to you. We work exclusively with a network of experienced partners, trusted for their efficiency and professionalism.
Maintenance & support
Depending on the Deepidoo solution you use, we can offer an exchange rapidly, or we can send a technician to resolve the problem and provide a fast and expert response. We work exclusively with professional equipment proven for its quality and reliability. It is guaranteed for several years on-site, and you can also choose to take out an extended 2-year on-site warranty.
Our support service is available 6 days a week, 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., in French and in English. 99% of problems are identified and repaired remotely using our platform PLAY and our own control and monitoring tools developed in-house.
